Rajasthan is the most colourful and exotic state. Men sporting turbans and have moustaches that used to be treated as a masculine identity. Women in their bright skirts with mirror-work, embroidery and chunky silver jewellery. Way of life passionately holds on to its rich traditions. Now, imagine combining such an experience with a viewing of the forts, royal palaces, dessert, various local activities, heritage walks, lake city, city by night, Taj Mahal and many more. You will start your tour with visit to Delhi and then straightway land in the core of desert Kingdom, move towards the oasis of Rajasthan, most traversed Pink city and finally the city of Taj Mahal.

    DAY 2 : DELHI

    Breakfast at hotel.

    Depart for the visit of Old and New Delhi. visit Jama Masjid, biggest mosque of India constructed in 17th Century. Drive past Red fort, visit of Raj Ghat, memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Orientation tour of New Delhi, India gate (war memorial), parliament house, president house and Embassy area. Visit of Qutub Minar Complex (UNESCO) – comprises of biggest minaret of India, Iron Pillar, Quwat-ul-islam mosque, Alai Darwaza etc. Bangla Sabib Gurudwara (Sikh Temple), is an impressive religious complex with gleaming Golden dome. The most impressive part of this temple is its prayers, music and songs, its sacred basin, its community kitchen and free meals.

    DAY 3 : DELHI / JAISALMER (BY FLIGHT)

    Breakfast at hotel.

    Transfer to airport to connect the flight for Jaisalmer. Assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Visit of Gadsar Lake, known as small Varanasi of Jaisalmer and Bada Bagh, Royal cenotaphs or memorial of Royal family members.

    DAY 4 : JAISALMER / DECHU (160 KM/02H30)

    Breakfast at hotel.

    Visit the citadel of Jaisalmer and its beautiful Jain temples. Walk in the streets of old city to discover the old Havelis like Nathamal ki haveli, Patwon ki haveli etc. Then route towards Dechu. Arrival and check in at hotel. Enjoy Jeep safari in the sand dunes of Thar dessert to discover the actual life of dessert. Assist in the opium ceremony. Camel ride at the sand dunes. Enjoy famous Folk dance and music followed by dinner.

    DAY 5 : DECHU / JODHPUR / LUNI (125+30 KM/02H00+01H00)

    Depart by road to Jodhpur (Blue City). Visit Mehrangarh fort, also called an eagle fort now transforms in a beautiful museum. Jaswant Thada, cenotaph (memorial) of white marble constructed by the wife of Mahraja Jawant Singh. Walk in the old city and in famous Sardar Bazar around the clock tower. Then route to Luni. Arrival and check in the Castle.

    DAY 6 : LUNI / RANAKPUR / UDAIPUR (140+90 KM/03H00 +02H30)

    Breakfast at hotel.

    Depart by road to Ranakpur. Visit of excellent white marble Jain temple dedicated to Adinath (founder of Jainism). Continue to Udaipur (City of lakes). On the way stop to understand the traditional way of Irrigation (Rehat) of this region. Boat ride at lake pichola (Subject to water level). Arrival and check in at hotel.

    DAY 7 : UDAIPUR / BUNDI (270 KM/06H00)

    Visit of Udaipur city includes City Palace - one of the biggest palace of India, Jagdish temple - White marble temple dedicated to lard Vishnu, Saheliyon ki bari - garden of royal ladies. Visit of Painting center, famous for the miniature paintings.

    Depart by road to Bundi. Arrival & check in at hotel.

    DAY 8 : BUNDI / JAIPUR (210 KM/04H00)

    Proceed to visit Bundi. Visit this heritage city start from the Nawal sagar, its an artificial lake with nice view of palace and mountain. Visit Taragarh Fort and Garh Palace that reflects Rajput architecture in its Jharokha. Visit different wings of the palaces like Chhatra Mahal, Phool Mahal and Badal mahal. Heritage walk in the local market to understand the local life of the people. Visit of Rani ji ki Baoli, Queen's Stepwell', is a famous stepwell built in 1699 by Rani Nathavati Ji, This multi-storied stepwell displays excellent carvings of Gajraj (elephants) with his trunk turned inwards, giving the impression of having drunk from the baori on its pillars. Drive to Jaipur (Pink City), the capital of Rajasthan founded in the beginning of 18th Century. On arrival in the city visit of Birla temple, constructed in best quality of marble by Birla family. Check in at hotel.

    DAY 9 : JAIPUR

    Breakfast at hotel.

    Visit of Jaipur Amber fort, a marvelous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts. The fort interior has three courtyards and various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory work, exquisite wall paintings and tiny mirror chips which create a tantalizing reflection effect. Photo stop at Jal Mahal (water palace). Afternoon visit of City palace (residential palace of royal family & museum)The museum is resplendent with its collection of robes of Royal Princes, carpets, an armory of old weapons, miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battle scenes and processions. Jantar Mantar (UNESCO observatory), which is the largest stone and marble designed observatory in the world. Rickshaw ride in the Pink City and Photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of winds).

    DAY 10 : JAIPUR / ABHANERI / AGRA (260 KM/05H30)

    Breakfast at hotel.

    Depart by road to Abhaneri. Arrive and visit Chand Baori, beautiful step well of 9th century and one of the biggest step well in world. It is the best example of Indian architecture rather towards water conservation system. Harshit Mata temple, built during 8th to 9th century A.D by Chauhan king. Continue to Agra on the way walk in the local village market. Arrival and check in at hotel.   

    Late afternoon visits Agra Fort (UNESCO), built alongside the Yamuna River. The fort had essentially a military function and then turned partially into a palace. To visit includes many beautiful buildings like Diwan-e-aam (public audience hall), Jahangir Mahal (palace of Jahangir), Khasmahal (private palace) etc.

    DAY 11 : AGRA / DELHI (210 KM/04H00) DEPARTURE

    Visit of Taj Mahal (UNESCO) (closed on Friday)- this legendary white marble structure was built by Mughal ruler Shah Jahan in commemoration of his love for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It has been described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love. Visit the workshop to see Unique Marble inlay work with semi-precious stone like in Taj Mahal. Then continue by road to Delhi. Upon arrival visit Bangla Sahib Gurudwara (Sikh Temple), is an impressive religious complex with gleaming Golden dome. The most impressive part of this temple is its prayers, music and songs, its sacred basin, its community kitchen, and free meals. Then transfer to the airport to take the flight for your onwards Journey.
