On the basis of reciprocity the government has allowed the citizen of such countries to travel in India without bring quarantined. Fully vaccinated travelers from the countries are allowed to leave the airport on arrival and they will have to self monitored their health for next 14 days in India. Travellers from most of the European countries, Australia, African countries, USA can take the benefit of this relaxation.
It is important to note that there are few countries which are considered to be at risk like UK, South Africa, Brazil, Bangladesh, Bostwana, China, Mauritius, New Zeeland, Singapore etc. However some of them like UK, Singapore and Zimbabwe are included in category A and the traveler from these countries will also be allowed to travel in India under the similar conditions.
